Home Health Aides (HHAs):

HHAs typically have some formal training and are qualified to provide personal care, assist with medication reminders, and perform basic medical tasks under the supervision of a registered nurse or other healthcare professional. 

Caregivers:

Caregivers focus on providing non-medical support, such as companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and assistance with errands. They may also provide emotional support and help with activities of daily living. 

Personal Care Assistants (PCAs):

PCAs may work in various settings, including private homes, group homes, and day services programs. They assist with personal care tasks like bathing, dressing, and grooming, similar to HHAs but may not require the same level of formal medical training.

Registered Nurses (RNs):

RNs may oversee care plans, administer medications, and provide skilled nursing care. 

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs):

LPNs often work under the supervision of RNs to provide a range of nursing services.
